Ask the Bookkeeper has been established to support and help small business owners to improve their knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping.
As a small business owner, or someone supporting a small business owner, have you ever sat at your computer trying to work out how to enter something into the accounting software you have and you just can't figure it out? Or you just can't understand what to do with all the paperwork and is it all necessary? When this happens you will be able to log onto our members only section and search our data bases to find your answer, or you will be able to join a learning program from our Training Centre, or get personalized Help/Tutoring.
I have been bookkeeping for 25 years and have had a bookkeeping business for 16 years. During this time I have really enjoyed supporting small business owners with their bookkeeping needs. I have trained and supported many of them so they can do it all themselves and also so they can understand what they have to do and why.
I love paperwork, I love bookkeeping, I love working with small business owners and I want to share my passion with you.
Through Ask the Bookkeeper I support and teach small business owners bookkeeping in a way they understand. I don't expect you to love bookkeeping and paperwork the way I do, but I can help you not to dread it :)
Most small business owners believe they cannot afford a bookkeeper for various reasons. By the time they get around to getting one, their bookwork is in such a mess that it costs them a fortune to get it fixed. Through our subscription services or other forms of training I will be able to prevent you from getting into a mess and therefore save you time and money.
By having my support, your bookkeeping will become easier, you will be able to become and maintain being ATO compliant and you will be able to identify area's in your business that you can improve on and become more successful.
